SPACES are available on free NHS emotional wellbeing courses starting in Cirencester and Siddington in early September.
The first course to begin is taking place at Deer Park School from September 3, and it will concentrate on helping anyone with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Running over eight weeks, the course will take place from 6pm to 8pm.
Beginning a few days later is a course aimed at improving general emotional wellbeing, and that will also take place at Deer Park School from September 7.
This course will also run during the evenings from 6pm, but will last for five weeks.
Siddington Village Hall is the venue for two more courses.
A course aimed at people with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue will begin at the hall from 1pm on September 10, while a course aimed at helping people with low mood will begin at 1pm on September 14.
To attend these courses participants must be registered with a Gloucestershire GP and there is no need for a referral.
