“I’m interested in giving people skills which can gain them confidence.”
So said Rachel Rigg, who last week launched exciting new make-up business Rock Your Face at a sparkling event in Seventeen Black.
Using deft hands and skills learnt over several years, the 34-year-old is bringing what she hopes will be a new era in make-up and beauty to the capital of the Cotswolds.
From her studio in Cricklade Street, Cirencester, Rachel can make brides-to-be, prom-goers or anyone out for a special occasion look their best, and can also travel out for home visits.
Additionally she offers expert tuition in make-up, so that women can help themselves.
When not in her Cirencester studio, Rachel can be found freelancing in London or her old stomping ground Manchester.
“It’s a very different market here. Manchester is full with creative make-up and I was really surprised when I realised there wasn’t anything like that in Cirencester,” she said.
“I want to demystify make-up. I’m interested in giving people skills which can gain them confidence. That’s what I think make-up is about.”
