NATIONAL Trust have announced that popular sixteenth-century country house in the North Cotswolds will reopen for the season and display never seen before items.

Snowshill Manor and Garden will be opening daily starting next Monday, March 13 between 11am - 5.30pm.

This manor is best known for its eccentric twentieth-century owner, Charles Paget Wade, who collected a treasure trove of quirky and curious objects.

To celebrate the upcoming royal coronation the team at Snowshill Manor and Garden will be displaying never seen before items.

The Snowshill Costume Collection will showcase new items such as military uniform and court and livery dress in a new exhibition.

Jenny Rowley-Bowen, collections and house manager, said: "We are really excited to be able to share more of Charles Wade's wonderful costume collection with our visitors.

"We enjoy changing the display each year so that there is always a reason to visit Snowshill and see what is new."
