STAFF and residents at a care home in Cirencester marked a milestone this week.
After weeks of preparation, Hunters Care Centre - which is situated in Cherrytree Lane, Cirencester - launched a new Enable digital platform which has made almost all of its systems completely paperless.
Residents and staff commemorated the occasion with a glass of fizz and cake made and decorated by head chef Leo.
Ciprian Groza, general manager at Hunters, said: “This marks a new chapter at Hunters.
"So much hard work has gone into getting this right and the changes will make a real difference to our residents.
"The new system will allow staff to look after the residents more efficiently whilst at the same time enabling the residents to live more independently."
